HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ITEMS?

We process all in stock orders within 48 hours of receiving them. Orders are processed on business days only (Mon-Fri) There are various shipping speeds/carriers to choose from at checkout. Preorder items are not in stock and will ship once they come in, please read the item description for each preorder item to obtain an approximate shipping timeframe. 

I MADE A MISTAKE, MY SHIPPING INFO IS INCORRECT! WHAT CAN I DO?

Please email admin@trendylittlesboutiqueco.com immediately with the subject "ADDRESS CHANGE" and include your name, order number along with correct shipping address in the the email. If your order has not shipped yet we will gladly make the change for you.  In the event your order has shipped, we would need to wait until the order was returned to us to make any further changes.  

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes. We currently ship internationally however all shipping and extra fees are the customers responsibility.  Shipping fees are calculated by weight and delivery zone, we do not set the shipping prices for international orders. The $100 free shipping promo is valid only in the US. 

MY PACKAGE WAS DELAYED, LOST, STOLEN, OR ARRIVED DAMAGED.

Unfortunately once the package is in possession of the delivery service, we no longer have control over them or their contents. If a package is delayed, lost, stolen, or arrives damaged we assume no responsibility for it. This is not a reason to open a chargeback against us, especially when the tracking shows delivered. In many events it was delivered incorrectly to a neighbors house or placed in an unsuspecting area outside your property.  The best course of action is to contact the delivery service and give them your tracking number so they can locate the package for you or resolve your dispute. If you ever receive any package in the mail that is damaged or opened - immediately take photos of the damage and note if any items are missing or damaged.  Open a claim with the shipping company to start the process of receiving compensation for your missing or damaged items. We are very sorry if this super rare occurrence happens to you and will do our best to help you any way that we can to remedy the situation with the carrier. 

MY PACKAGE WAS RETURNED TO SENDER BECAUSE THE ADDRESS IS WRONG.

If your package was sent back due to you putting an incorrect shipping address, you can either have your order refunded (excluding the cost of shipping) or pay the cost to have it shipped a second time. We are not responsible for extra shipping fees due to customer input error.
